After room availability has been confirmed, in order to secure your reservation we ask that a deposit of 50% be forwarded. This can be in the form of a cheque or by advising us of your credit card details.
Should a booking be cancelled our policy is:
1 week or less notice - Loss of 50% of total room charge.
Less than 24 hours notice - Loss of 100% total room charge.
To ensure the comfort of guests Freycinet Waters has smoking restrictions and is not suitable for children under the age of fourteen.
