Welcome to Freycinet Waters, our bed and breakfast accommodation in Swansea on the east coast of Tasmania.

With all modern facilities our B&B accommodation is still in the traditional seaside style: great views, relaxing surrounds and with full ‘English’ breakfast, including black pudding and haggis for the adventurous.

Centrally located, we are the ideal base from which to explore the diverse Tasmanian East Coast region, including Freycinet National Park and Maria Island.

To ensure the comfort of guests please note smoking is prohibited on the property and our accomodation is not suitable for children under the age of fourteen.
